Sunset..The Weather in Finland

The climate of Finland is marked by cold winters and warm summers. The climate is drier than that of the UK and other parts of Western Europe making the air feel warmer than expected. In the summer, temperatures are similar to those in the south of England , but it is much drier.

Very long hours of sunshine also give the Finnish summer a special character and we believe this is something best experienced in the countryside.

The temperature charts below have been compiled to give you an idea what to expect.
